Refund policy

We have a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

To start a refund, you can contact us at hi@stateofchangeparfum.com with your order number and reason for refund. If your refund is accepted, you’ll be issued a refund. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your method of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the packaging is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
